Services
Hektera provides AI-powered growth, performance marketing, and automation services to B2B companies. Service scope and deliverables are defined in individual service agreements or proposals.
Payment & Refunds
Digital products (PDF resources) are non-refundable once delivered. For service engagements, payment terms are defined in the relevant agreement. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Intellectual Property
All content on hektera.com, including text, graphics, and software, is owned by Hektera and protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Hektera is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version is always available at hektera.com/terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Turkish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts.
