Third-Party Integrations
We work with the following third-party services: Stripe — processes payments. We do not store full card details. Resend — delivers email responses to contact form submissions. Anthropic — powers our AI chat assistant. Conversations may be processed by Anthropic's API. LinkedIn Integration Hektera uses the LinkedIn API with w_organization_social scope exclusively to publish content to Hektera's own LinkedIn company page. We do not collect, store, or share any LinkedIn user data. Access tokens are stored securely and used solely for automated posting on behalf of Hektera.
Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We retain contact form submissions for up to 2 years. Payment records are retained as required by applicable law.
